Mentoring – your guide in providing support, giving feedback and someone to talk over your business with.

Being a business owner can be quite isolating – take advantage of Helen’s knowledge and experiences, use Helen as a bouncing board to discuss ideas, issues, Helen loves to support and share ideas for the benefit of her clients. Mentoring is development driven.

Helen’s Mentoring is about encouraging, challenging, nurturing, teach and responding to whatever needs her client may have to develop themselves and their businesses. “Together we work together on whatever you need to help you achieve your goals and aspirations”.

Successful mentoring relationship last at least 6 months and can be a lot longer.

Helen Cowley Coaching is a TAFE Queensland Small Business Solutions mentor who delivers workshops and Mentoring programs for small business operators.

Small Business Solutions

An outcome of the Queensland Skills Plan, the program was developed by the Department of Education, Training and the Arts in conjunction with TAFE Queensland and Skilling Solutions Queensland.

Helen Cowley is one of the Business Mentors available to help you. She will listen to you and offer solutions, at your place of business, in an on-going capacity. She will undertake a Business Health Check on your business which will assist in diagnosing how well your business is performing and will provide assistance with strategies to take your organisation to the next level.

The program will enable businesses to access personalised one-on-one mentoring from experienced and qualified business professionals.

Small Business Solutions – Helen Cowley In addition, business owners and operators will have the opportunity to gain a formal qualification of their industry knowledge and skills through recognition of prior learning, whilst having ongoing access to relevant information to support their business.

Micro businesses and home-based businesses will greatly benefit from the targeted, affordable and big picture one-on-one mentoring.
